Charges are filed following a violent Minnetonka carjacking
A second man was charged for a violent carjacking that rattled a metro suburb. Hennepin County issued a warrant today for 18-year-old Derek Holmes. Investigators say he is one of four men seen in this video stealing a Minnetonka family's Porsche in August.
