Bishop Harding Smith says Brooklyn Park violence is out of control
Brooklyn Park police say the first incident happened around 7 p.m. Monday. Officers broke up a large fight at the Imperial Gates Apartments. Several were arrested, including one person who tried to grab an officer's gun.
