Beryl brings flooding and risk of tornadoes over portions of Texas
Beryl was still posing a threat Tuesday even though it was downgraded to a tropical depression after making landfall early Monday as a Category 1 hurricane. At least seven deaths from the storm have been reported in Texas, and millions across the state remain without power.
