Attorney questions officials who met with family of man killed by state trooper
Trooper Ryan Londregan shot Ricky Cobb II during a traffic stop on I-94 in north Minneapolis last week. Cobb's family has since met with Minnesota's governor and the county attorney who will ultimately consider potential criminal charges in the case. In a new letter obtained by WCCO, the trooper's lawyer calls that "inappropriate."
