Andover man in serious condition after falling from a balcony in Mexico
A man from Andover suffered a fracture lumbar vertebrae while on vacation with his family over Christmas in Mexico. WCCO's Kirsten Mitchell spoke with the family about how they're dealing with the sudden turn of events.
