Cambridge Man Convicted In Road-Rage Shooting
A Cambridge man was convicted Friday on charges stemming from the shooting of a man during a road-rage incident outside of the Isanti County Police Department in 2012. Joseph Duane Kadlec, 73, was convicted of first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless discharge of a firearm by an Isanti County jury. According to a criminal complaint, Kadlec shot Kyle William Ronning in the chin during an argument after a road incident on southbound Highway 65 on Sept. 29, 2012.
