Xcel Energy Almost Done Restoring Power After Storms
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - Almost all of the 250,000 Xcel Energy customers who lost service early Saturday morning during severe storms have now had their power restored.
Only 400 customers remain without power, Xcel said Monday afternoon. All of them are in the metro area.
Xcel said 750 company employees, contractors and partners worked 16-hour shifts to restore power.
