Woman's Body Found In Brooklyn Park Creek
BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (WCCO) -- A woman's body was found in a creek Thursday morning, just a few blocks away from where a 72-year-old woman went missing the day before.
Police say the woman's body was found near the 6200 block of Cavell Court.
Officials were called to a group home on the 6200 block of Yukon Avenue North Wednesday, after staff reported Virginia Glauber, also known as "Ginger," might have walked away from the home between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m.
Glauber was described by the home as a vulnerable adult and "emotionally challenged."
Though they didn't confirm that the body was that of the missing woman, Brooklyn Park Police announced they had cancelled the missing person alert.
