Woman, 43, Charged With Having Sex With Boy, 13
WINONA, Minn. (WCCO) -- A 43-year-old woman has been charged with having repeated sexual encounters with a 13-year-old boy.
The criminal complaint says the Winona County Sheriff's Department was notified of the crimes allegedly committed by Pamela Fahy, of Hokah, just after midnight on Sunday.
Fahy was arrested after a witness reported seeing Fahy naked from the waist down and running out of the victim's room.
The complaint says that Fahy has admitted to multiple sexual encounters with the child over the last two months.
She is charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
