Wise Advice For Holiday Air Travelers

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- With Thanksgiving only days away, travel experts have some advice for making your way through airports.
Thanksgiving traditionally is the busiest travel period of the year, with Christmas coming in second.

"Make sure your ticket is issued in the exact name that appears on the ID that you'll use for traveling," said Twin Cities travel agent Carissa Sticha.
Sticha said TSA now requires ID's to include the first, middle and last name of the passenger.
"If you show up with a form of ID that does not match exactly, you could be denied boarding," Sticha said.
She said the best thing to pack for your trip is patience.
