Man Accused Of Killing 3 Daughters Back In Court Thursday
RIVER FALLS, Wis. (WCCO) -- A man accused of murdering his three daughters is scheduled to return to court in Wisconsin on Thursday.
There's a motion hearing to discuss evidence in the Aaron Schaffhausen trial in St. Croix County Court. He is charged with murdering his three girls at their home in River Falls, Wis., in July.
Schaffhausen's attorney is also asking the court to stop a mental health worker from visiting his client in jail. His attorney says the worker is an "agent of the state," and he says repeated visits violate Schaffhausen's rights, and hurt any possible use of insanity as a defense.
