Wis. Man Arrested For 5th DUI Offense
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 47-year-old Chili, Wis. man has been arrested for his fifth offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, according to police.
Scott L. Foemmel was initially pulled over at 1:32 a.m. Sunday by a state trooper for speeding on U.S. Highway 10 in Clark County.
After being stopped, Foemmel was arrested for operating a vehicle while being intoxicated.
