Wild Fans Get To Watch Practice, Take A Shot At Single Game Tickets
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minnesota Wild fans watched the players take the ice at the Xcel Energy Center Saturday for the first time in four months.
The team made a morning of their first public practice. Hundreds of fans took part in The Wild Breakaway Run outside the Xcel.
Single game tickets also went on sale. Dozens of die-hard fans lined up overnight to get their hands on the best seats in the house.
The Wild's home opener is a rematch of the first round of last year's playoffs. The team hosts the St. Louis Blues on Oct. 10.
