Wife Dies, Husband Treated In Possible Drug Overdose
COTTAGE GROVE, Minn. (WCCO) -- Police are investigating after a woman was found dead and her husband in need of medical assistance in a Cottage Grove apartment.
Wendy LaFrance, 52, was already dead in a bedroom when police arrived on scene. Her husband, Timothy, also 52, was found conscious but was transported to Regions Hospital in St. Paul for medical treatment.
He told police they both overdosed on drugs.
Cottage Grove police and the Ramsey County medical examiner's office are investigating.
