Weather Blog: Warm And Humid, Chance For Storms
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – It's going to be a warm and humid Saturday throughout Minnesota, and we've already had some thunderstorms roll through northwestern and north central Minnesota.
We'll have a hight temperature in the upper 80s, but it will feel warmer with a dew point in the high 60s and low 70s. There's a good chance of more showers and thunderstorms developing later today as parts of west central Minnesota and the Twin Cities metro area are at risk for severe weather late this afternoon and into the evening hours.
Showers will linger overnight and should move out by Sunday morning. Sunday will be a cooler and less humid day.
If you have outdoor activities planned for this afternoon and evening, keep one eye on the sky and stay tuned to WCCO Radio, wcco.com and WCCO-TV for all the latest weather updates including watches and warnings.
