Weather Blog: Steamy Sunday
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- It feels a bit like Houston out there. Dewpoints in the lower 70s and temperatures will be topping 90 this Sunday afternoon.
An upper level disturbance and cool front are expected to move toward us later today and tonight. The result will likely be some showers and thunderstorms. A few severe thunderstorms are possible later this afternoon into this evening and overnight.
Western Minnesota would likely see the strong to severe thunderstorms first, then they would spread eastward.
