Vikings Take S Raymond In 6th Round
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) -- The Minnesota Vikings have taken South Florida safety Mistral Raymond in the sixth round of the NFL draft.
It was the second of four sixth-round picks for the Vikings after they traded their second fifth-rounder to Cleveland.
The Vikings started Saturday by taking Iowa defensive tackle Christian Ballard in the fourth round and took Utah cornerback Brandon Burton in the fifth round and traded their second fifth-round pick to Cleveland. They also took Arkansas offensive tackle DeMarcus Love in the sixth round.
