Vigil Held For Woman Killed In House Explosion
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One of the women severely injured in a house explosion last weekend has died.
Friends, family and neighbors held a vigil Sunday to honor Elizabeth Mullay. According to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, Mullay died last Friday from "complications of thermal injuries." The manner of death has been ruled an accident.
Mullay was in the house with her best friend at 4300 block of Morgan Avenue North in Minneapolis at the time of the explosion.
The other victim is still at the Hennepin County Medical Center Burn Unit.
The cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
