New Program Helps Disabled Veterans With Social Security Benefits
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A groundbreaking new program is helping connect disabled veterans with social security benefits.
It's called SOAR which stands for Social Security Income, Outreach, Access and Recovery.
The program helps at-risk veterans apply for their benefits and encourages community collaboration.
