Urgency Is High For McNabb, 0-2 Vikings
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) -- Vikings coach Leslie Frazier has one message for fans worried about the 0-2 start: patience.
Frazier says he's certain the Vikings will soon turn things around, and there's no need for panic after losses to San Diego and Tampa Bay.
Donovan McNabb has already made it clear he can't afford to wait. The 34-year-old quarterback feels a sense of urgency in his 13th season.
He said last week he doesn't have time to sit back and let the Vikings grow together. And that was before they blew a 17-point lead and lost to the Bucs on Sunday.
McNabb and the Vikings face division rival Detroit on Sunday. The Lions are 2-0.
