2 Shot Near University Of Minnesota
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police are investigating after two were shot near the University of Minnesota campus overnight.
The shooting happened at about 2:20 a.m. Wednesday, according to police. Officers responded to the intersection of 6th Street and 14th Avenue Southeast.
Once they arrived, police didn't find any victims, but were informed that two people had come into the University of Minnesota Medical Center with gunshot wounds.
Neither person sustained life-threatening wounds, police said.
The Minneapolis Police Department is investigating. They didn't say whether any suspects had been identified, or any descriptions were available.
