Two Drown In Separate Incidents On Parley Lake
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - Just one day after a little boy drowned in Carver County, a man drowned in the very same lake.
Both incidents happened in Parley Lake, near St. Bonifacius. Both before sunrise.
Friday morning, a 6-year-old boy apparently fell out of a boat that went adrift from the dock.
Then, Saturday morning, deputies recovered the body of a man from the same lake.
Neither victim was wearing a life jacket.
The sheriff's office says the two incidents are not connected.
