Twins' Eddie Guardado Returns To Minnesota To Jump Start Bullpen
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Back in his days as a relief pitcher with the Twins, Eddie Guardado was a lot like Glen Perkins -- the master of the save.
When he first came to Minnesota, his job was to build a bullpen, and that's what his job has been upon returning to the Twins: to jump start the relief crew.
He sat down with WCCO's Mike Max in the Twins' dugout to talk about his approach to coaching, pitching, and he reminisces about the pressure and excitement of his days as a relief pitcher in Minnesota.
