Twin Cities Students Reflect On Life Of Jackie Robinson
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - Students from Farnsworth Aerospace Magnet School watched "42," the story of Jackie Robinson on Monday.
One Farnsworth student said that it was interesting to see the history of how African-Americans got into major league baseball.

600 Kids See '42'
Twins Spokesman Kevin Smith says Commissioner Bud Selig spearheaded the effort to have young people watch the film.
"Because of the Twins active involvement in youth baseball and softball activities, especially in the inner city, we thought it would be great to get our kids to see this film," Smith said.
More than 600 kids saw "42" for free in the Twin Cities.
