Travail Restaurant's Kickstart Campaign Blows By Goal
ROBBINSDALE, Minn. (WCCO) -- A restaurant that tries to bring fine dining to the masses got a lot of help from those masses on Tuesday night.
Travail in Robbinsdale closed down in April to change locations to a bigger space.
On Tuesday it started a Kickstarter campaign to raise money to help build it with the goal of $75,000 in the next 30 days.
The crowd-funding campaign has already raised more than $106,000.
Depending on what level of donations, donors get to attend the restaurant's opening part, a cooking class or even a private party if you're a big spender.
