Timberwolves Sign Greg Smith For Rest Of Season

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Timberwolves announced Wednesday that forward/center Greg Smith has been signed for the rest of the season.

In nine games this season, Smith is averaging 2.3 points and 1.6 rebounds per game. He scored six points and grabbed four rebounds in a win over Brooklyn on March 5. The Timberwolves signed him to 10-day contracts on March 2 and March 13.

A four-year veteran, Smith has also spent time with the Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks.
