Timberwolves Recall Jonny Flynn
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- The Minnesota Timberwolves have recalled point guard Jonny Flynn from his second rehab stint with the Sioux Falls Skyforce and hope to have him available for the game at Golden State on Tuesday night.
Flynn has yet to play an NBA game in his second season with the Timberwolves. He had hip surgery in July and played in two games in the D-League as he tries to work back into game shape.
Flynn had eight points and 12 assists on Friday night. The plan was for him to play a back-to-back on Saturday, but that game was canceled because of bad weather.
The Wolves also hope to get swingman Martell Webster back on Tuesday night. Webster has not played all season because of back surgery.
