Thousands Gather In St. Paul For Author Vince Flynn's Funeral
ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- Best-selling Twin Cities author Vince Flynn was remembered Monday in his hometown of St. Paul.
Flynn died last Wednesday after a battle with prostate cancer. He was 47-years-old.
About 2,500 family members and friends gathered at the Cathedral of St. Paul for his funeral.
Sen. Amy Klobuchar and former Sen. Norm Coleman were both in attendance.
During the eulogy, Flynn was remembered as someone who treated everyone equally, from world leaders to everday workers.
Flynn is survived by his wife, three kids, his parents and six siblings.
