Country Star Thomas Rhett Hosts Fitness Camp At Target Field
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Ahead of his concert at Winstock Country Music Festival, country star Thomas Rhett took some time to teach people about fitness.
Rhett held a fitness boot camp Saturday morning at Target Field. It was hosted by Snap Fitness and open to the public free of charge.
Rhett said a lot of people come to these events without knowing they will be inspired.
"I'm like, 'Why did you come to this?' They are like, 'Well, honestly to meet you.' But now, being here and doing this, seeing how much you love it and seeing how passionate you are talking about it, made them join a gym and really try get after it. Which is a really cool thing, and that's why we do this in the first place," Rhett said.
All of Saturday's proceeds went to Fold of Honor, which helps grant scholarships to families of fallen soldiers.
