MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Every year, USA Today keeps tabs on which Super Bowl ads scored sensationally and which ones tanked miserably.
As reported in their article for this year's edition of the Ad Meter: "For the first time, the Ad Meter panel was opened up to anyone who wanted to register. More than 7,000 panelists logged in on Super Bowl Sunday to vote on ads."
