Tap Talk: Red Cow 'COWlaborating' With Odell Brewing
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Moo-ve over, Colorado. Minnesota is taking over your beer.
Local restaurant, Red Cow, is teaming up with Colorado's Odell Brewing Co. to create a one-of-a-kind IPA: COWlaboration.
COWlaboration, a session red IPA, was brewed personally by Red Cow founder and owner, Luke Shimp. According to the restaurant, the craft brew is a blend of hops, pine, citrus and malt. It is full-bodied with a creamy finish.
