Survey Finds Twin Cities 4th Youngest (Seeming)
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Maybe cold preserves more than just food. Those of us who live in the Twin Cities may have just found the secret to fighting aging.
According to the RealAge Test, the Twin Cities metro qualifies as America's fourth youngest seeming city. Or, more accurately, the fourth youngest-seeming.
The test calculates how quickly, or slowly, a person's body is aging compared with their actual age.
That means many of us look younger -- and feel younger -- than we actually are.
The study found people in the Twin Cities are the best at eating whole grains, and we have the healthiest blood pressure, as well.
Incidentally, the three "youngest" cities on the list ahead of the Twin Cities were San Francisco, Salt Lake City and San Diego.
