Sunday Funeral Planned For Minn. Mother, Daughter
BLOOMING PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) -- A funeral service is planned for Sunday for a 76-year-old woman and her 50-year-old daughter who died in their Blooming Prairie home around the same time.
Autopsy results show Arlene Jolson, 76, died from a heart-related condition on the first floor. Around the same time her daughter, Kristi, died from a brain aneurysm on the second floor.
Nancy Cornelius is a secretary at Community Lutheran Church of Geneva where the women were members. She says they always sat in the back row and were nice but quiet.
Both women had been life-long members and Arlene had been active in a group of church women who make winter clothes for charities.
The Austin Daily Herald reports that Kristi Jolson spent the last 15 years working at Gerard Academy in Austin.
