Strong Winds Causing 'Significant Delays' At MSP Airport
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Due to strong winds, many travelers flying out of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Monday should expect significant delays.
Shortly before 1 p.m. Monday, MSP airport tweeted that strong winds from the north are causing significant delays to a number of flights.
Due to the winds, a Traffic Management Program was implemented for traffic arriving at MSP airport. Arriving flights, in turn, are being delayed an average of 1 hour and 28 minutes.
