Street Flooding Reported In Rochester
ROCHESTER, Minn. (WCCO) -- Heavy rain in southern Minnesota led to some street flooding in Rochester.
The Rochester Post-Bulletin says some roads had up to eight inches of water because storm drains were frozen over.
The paper also reported a plugged up storm sewer on Broadway caused standing water that reached up to drivers' car doors.
The Post-Bulletin said John Adams Middle School staffers reported water back-up issues.
There may still be more rain-snow mix affecting the Rochester area Wednesday.
