State Patrol ID's Victim In Highway 10 Rollover
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities have identified a person killed in a rollover accident Sunday night in the north Twin Cities metro.
The Minnesota State Patrol identified the victim as 29-year-old Jacob Rhode of Big Lake. Authorities say a 3-year-old boy was also hurt in the crash, but is in stable condition at a hospital and has non-life threatening injuries.
The accident happened at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday on Highway 10 at 85th Avenue in Ramsey County. Authorities said a 2002 Ford Explorer driven by Rhode was traveling west on Highway 10 when it veered out of the left lane, over corrected and rolled several times, landing in the ditch.
The Ramsey County Sheriff's Office assisted the Minnesota State Patrol at the scene.
