State Campground Reservations Now Open
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- State campground reservations are now open for business in Minnesota.
All but four of Minnesota's state parks resumed taking campsite and cabin reservations Tuesday at 8 a.m.
Reservations can be made a year in advance and because of the state shutdown that means all sites are up for grabs for next year's 4th of July weekend.
The DNR said there are still some reservable sites left along the North Shore for this upcoming weekend.
The four state parks still closed due to storm damage are Camden, Old Mill, St. Croix and Upper Sioux Agency.
