Starbucks Asks City Of Minneapolis For Earlier Opening Times
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Mega coffee chain, Starbucks, is pushing to get that first cup of coffee in your hand a little earlier.
The company has asked the city of Minneapolis to open 10 of their locations earlier.
Most of the selected locations would open at 5:30 a.m. The Starbucks on Lyndale Avenue South would open at 4:30 a.m.
The city's licensing officials have given the green light to the earlier open times. It must now be discussed at a public hearing.
