St. Paul Man Charged After Fatal Stabbing, City's 35th Homicide Of The Year
ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- A St. Paul man has been charged after stabbing a man in dispute over a parked car.
On Friday, the Ramsey County Attorney's Office charged Brian Harry Kjellberg, 50, with one count of murder in the second-degree.
Kjellberg will make his first appearance in court Monday morning.
St. Paul police say the incident occurred Thursday evening at a house on the 1700 block of East 7th Street, on the city's east side. There, police treated a man suffering from an apparent stab wound. The man was taken to Regions Hospital where he later died.
The man was identified as 27-year-old Arnell J. Stewart.
The incident is the city's 35th homicide this year.
