St. Paul, Other Cities Declare Snow Emergencies
ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- The city of St. Paul has declared a snow emergency, starting at 9 p.m. Sunday evening.
People are banned from parking on all Night Plow Routes starting at 9 p.m. Starting Monday morning, parking will be banned on all Day Plow Routes.
Other cities in the area have also declared snow emergencies. Some of those include Bloomington, Crystal, Eden Prairie, Hopkins, Mankato, Montgomery, Red Wing and West St. Paul.
Minneapolis said it is not declaring a snow emergency on Sunday. They do tell residents and people in the area to check back on Monday for more updatesmation because snow will continue falling through the night.
