St. Paul Man Hit, Killed By Semi In WI
JACKSON COUNTY, Wis. (WCCO) -- A 63-year-old St. Paul man was hit and killed by a semi Friday afternoon at a gas station in Hixton, Wis., authorities said.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, Glenn Michael Augustine was walking away from his own semi at the Hixton Travel Plaza parking lot, when he was hit and killed around 4:07 p.m. Friday by another semi pulling into the station to fuel up.
The driver of the other semi, 52-year-old Douglas Allen Hendrickson, of South Haven, Minn., was uninjured.
The state patrol is investigating.
