St. Paul Macy's Closing For Good Saturday
ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- After a 50 year run, the downtown St. Paul Macy's will be closing its doors for good on Saturday.
The department store chain announced earlier this year that it was one of six under-performing stores nationwide to close this spring. Macy's officials say that more than 150 employees at the store are getting severance packages or offered jobs at other locations.
There have been no official talks as to what might move into the space. The downtown St. Paul Macy's closes at 6 p.m. Saturday.
