At least 1 dead in St. Paul Frogtown neighborhood shooting

ST. PAUL, Minn. — Police are investigating a deadly shooting overnight Wednesday in St. Paul's Frogtown neighborhood.

Police say it happened near Thomas Avenue and Grotto Street North.
