Speed Limits Raised On Minn. Highways
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Traveling across parts of Minnesota just got a little faster.
The Department of Transportation raised the speed limit from 55 to 60 Tuesday on 730-miles of road around the state.
It includes the entire length of Highway 75 and the majority of Highway 59.
Both roads span the state from south to north.
Also, 14 miles of Highway 7 now have a higher speed limit, too.
