South St. Paul Offender Wanted On New Sex Crime Charge Arrested
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A South St. Paul man, and known sex offender, wanted on a new charge of sex crimes has been arrested, according to police.
According to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Christopher Donald Lee Blair was wanted for a new charge of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct.
Blair is a Level 3 predatory offender, who authorities described as non-compliant.
Police arrested Blair on March 12. His first court date is set for 11 a.m. Monday.
