Sheriff: Man On Bike Assaulted In Stearns County
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police in Stearns County are asking for the public's help finding a man who they say assaulted another man Friday morning.
According to the sheriff's office, the assault happened after 9 a.m. near County Road 9 and Meeker-Stearns Street near Eden Valley, Minnesota.
The victim said he was out for a bike ride when a man wearing Northern Line Railway hat and a shirt with the words "Una Mas" on it first approached then assaulted him. Police say he left the scene in a green Subaru Outback.
He reportedly had a medium build and short, dark, curly hair. He stood approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall.
The sheriff's office said he likely has visible scratches on his face.
