Sheriff: Man, 29, Killed In Central MN Snowmobile Accident
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The McLeod County Sheriff's Office says a 29-year-old man is dead after a snowmobile accident Sunday morning.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies responded at 8:35 a.m. to the report of a snowmobile accident near Unit Avenue, north of Highway 212, and east of Stewart, Minnesota.
Upon arrival, deputies found Alexander Keith Doering, of rural Brownton, dead from injuries suffered in the accident. He struck a fence with his snowmobile, the sheriff's office said.
