Shepard Road And Jackson Street Reopen In St. Paul
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- Portions of Warner/Shepard Road and Jackson Street in St. Paul will reopen at noon Saturday after being closed for about a month due to Mississippi River flooding.
Warner/Shepard will reopen between Highway 61 and Eagle Parkway, and Jackson Street will reopen between Shepard Road and Kellogg Boulevard.
St. Paul city officials say Sibley Street between Shepard Street and Kellogg Boulevard will stay closed due to the Union Depot construction project.
Portions of Water Street, Kellogg Boulevard and Fourth Street East were also closed for spring flooding in late March, although a reopening date hasn't been set for those roads.
