Shakopee Shooting Victim ID'd
SHAKOPEE, Minn. (AP) — Authorities have released the name of a man who was fatally shot in Shakopee.
The Hennepin County medical examiner's office identified the victim Thursday as 32-year-old Aaron James Moran of Shakopee.
The medical examiner says Moran died of multiple gunshot wounds.
Officers were dispatched to a house on a report of an armed robbery about 7 p.m. Tuesday. When officers arrived, they found Moran suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators from the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and Scott County Sheriff's Department are assisting Shakopee police investigators.
Authorities said Wednesday they were looking for a suspect, but there was no update from police Thursday.
