Semi Crashes Into School Bus In Roseau
ROSEAU, Minn. (WCCO) -- Eight children were injured after a semi rear ended a school bus near Roseau, Minn.
Police say the crash happened around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 11, about four miles west of Roseau. The 1999 Kenworth semi truck rear ended the school bus causing the bus to overturn.
Eight children inside the bus were taken to the hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the school bus, Timothy Berger, 61, and the driver of the semi truck, James Soucy, 76, were not injured in the crash.
Soucy was cited at the scene for failure to use due care.
